Shipping- All orders are processed + shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days. Any delays in processing times will be noted on the checkout page before placing an order.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created.
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email.
Expedited Shipping- We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
International Orders- We currently do not ship internationally. We intend to ship to Canada and overseas soon!
Free Shipping- We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $75 USD within the United States. Once picked up and scanned in by USPS, orders shipped take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location, conditions, and carrier availability.
Incorrect/Damaged Items- As much as we hate to admit it, sometimes candles can arrive damaged due to rough handling by a carrier. We appreciate your business and strive to deliver a perfect product to you. You will notice our candles are well packaged, but in the event of a damaged candle, we are happy to replace it free of charge.
If you receive the incorrect item(s), or if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For us to approve a claim we require photos of the incorrect/damaged product, packaging, a description of the issue, and your order number or confirmation email. Once we can verify your purchase and the issue we will get to work on your replacement or exchange as soon as we can. Once a refund has been processed, it takes around 3-10 business days to appear on your card or payment method used for purchase.
Refunds/Replacements- As a small business, we are able to offer refunds or replacements for a change in candle scent due to a personal fragrance preference, however, we can not conver the cost of shipping. Please feel free to gift the candle to a friend or family member that may be fonder of the scent, or contact us to let us know that a candle is on its way back. We will send a replacement once we receive the candle back and payment for a new shipping label.
We do know that buying scents online can be tricky, which is why we will offer 3oz candles. These 3oz candles are perfect to sample multiple scents and easily discover your favorite scents from Blue Spruce Candles!
